Sudurpaschim Royals Defeat Lumbini Lions by 7 Wickets in a Confident Chase

The Sudurpaschim Royals sealed a convincing 7-wicket victory over the Lumbini Lions, successfully chasing down the 144-run target in a composed and clinical performance.

The star of the chase was B. Bhandari, who played a brilliant match-winning knock of 69 runs off 49 balls. His innings anchored the Royals’ batting effort, mixing smart rotation of strike with timely boundaries to keep the scoreboard moving comfortably.

Earlier, the Royals’ bowlers set the platform by restricting Lumbini to 143. H. Singh delivered an impressive spell, finishing with figures of 3/22, dismantling key parts of the Lions’ batting lineup and ensuring they couldn’t accelerate in the death overs.

With this solid all-round performance, the Sudurpaschim Royals add another important win to their NPL campaign, boosting their momentum as the league stage progresses.
