The Meteorological Forecasting Division has predicted partly to generally cloudy weather in the hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki Provinces on Wednesday, with mainly fair weather expected across the rest of the country.
Light rain is anticipated at one or two locations in the hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki Provinces. Additionally, there is a chance of light snowfall at isolated spots in the high hilly and mountainous areas of these provinces.
For tonight, the weather will remain partly cloudy in the hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki Provinces, while the rest of the country will experience mainly fair conditions. Light rain is also likely in one or two places in the hilly areas of Koshi and Gandaki Provinces.
On Tuesday, Janakpur recorded the highest maximum temperature at 32.6°C, while Jumla experienced the lowest minimum temperature at -4°C. In Kathmandu, the maximum temperature reached 21.7°C, and the minimum temperature was recorded at 9.9°C.
No rainfall was recorded anywhere in the country during the past 24 hours.
