The country’s weather is currently characterized by partly to mostly cloudy skies, with light to moderate rainfall occurring in some areas of Bagmati, a few areas of Madhes, and isolated spots in other provinces.
Later this afternoon, there’s a chance of light to moderate rain, accompanied by thunder and lightning, in various locations across all provinces. Additionally, heavy rainfall is possible in one or two areas of Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, and Sudurpaschim provinces.
These weather patterns are due to the ongoing influence of active monsoon winds, as reported by the Weather Forecasting Division.
Tonight, the weather will remain partly to mostly cloudy nationwide, with the possibility of light to moderate rainfall in some areas of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Sudurpaschim provinces, and in a few other locations.
Over the next 24 hours, the Division forecasts the potential for light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning across various parts of all provinces.
